What is NextJob?

NextJob is an online service for people looking for work in the United States. You answer questions about yourself once, or upload your CV. We search live US job listings for you, score how well each one fits, explain why, and can fill in applications for you with AI.

Who is it for?

Anyone 18 or older looking for work in the US: hourly and shift work such as warehouse, retail and delivery, skilled trades, healthcare support, office and remote jobs, and people looking for their first job.

Do I need a CV?

No. If you have one, upload it (PDF or Word) and we fill in your profile from it. If not, answer the questions and we write a professional CV for you.

How long does it take to set up?

About 10 to 15 minutes for the full profile. You can also answer only the key questions first and add the rest later. Your answers are saved as you go.

Where do the jobs come from?

From public employer career sites, job boards and government job listings across the US. We keep searching in the background, even when you are not logged in.

How is the match score worked out?

We compare each job with your skills, experience, location, schedule, pay and work authorization. AI then reads the best jobs and adjusts the score, and flags deal breakers such as a license you do not have. Every match comes with plain-English reasons.

Question 7

How does "Apply automatically with AI" work?

Accepted Answer

You choose a job and agree once. The AI fills in the employer's application form with your saved profile and CV. You can follow each application as In queue, In progress and Submitted. Some employer sites need you to finish yourself; we tell you when that happens.

Will you get me a job?

No service can promise that. We search, match and apply for you, but employers make their own hiring decisions. We are not an employer, a recruiter or a staffing agency.

How long does a plan last?

Standard lasts 30 days, Fast Track 60 days and Priority 90 days, counted from the day you pay.

Does it renew by itself?

No. You pay once. We never charge you again unless you choose to buy a plan again.

What happens when my plan ends?

Automatic searching and automatic applying stop. Your profile, answers, CV and saved jobs stay in your account. You can renew whenever you want.

Can I upgrade?

Yes. You pay only the difference to the better plan, and a new period of that plan starts the day you upgrade.

Is my payment safe?

Yes. You pay on Stripe, a payment company. We never see or store your card details.

Do you sell my data?

No. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. You can download everything we hold about you, or delete your account, in Settings.

Who sees my profile?

You do. When you apply to a job, the employer receives the application you send them. Service providers that run parts of the service (hosting, email, payments, AI) process data only to do that work.

How do I spot a fake job?

Be careful with any "employer" who asks you to pay for training or equipment, to cash a check, or for bank details before a real interview. Read our safety guide for more signs.
