Build your profile once
Answer simple questions about the work you want, your skills, where you can work, your schedule and pay. Have a CV? Upload it and we fill most of it in for you. Everything saves as you go, so you can stop and come back on any device.
- One question at a time
- Upload a PDF or Word CV to skip ahead
- Only the key questions first, the rest later if you like
Step 2 · Every day
We search and score jobs for you
NextJob searches employer career sites, job boards and government listings across the US. Each job gets a match score for your skills, location, schedule, pay and work authorization. AI reads the best ones and flags deal breakers.
- Plain-English reasons for every match
- Searching keeps running when you are logged out
- Email alerts, and optional texts at most once a day
Step 3 · When you are ready
AI fills in the applications
Choose the jobs you want and agree once. The AI fills in each employer application with your profile and your CV. You can see every application as In queue, In progress or Submitted.
- Nothing is sent without your agreement
- Your professional CV goes with each application
